About Quandron

Quandron was not designed in a meeting. It grew out of running an installation business, where the evenings kept going on paperwork that the day had already produced once.

Where it comes from

The first version existed to solve one problem: work recorded on site was being typed up again at the office, and things went missing in between. Hours, materials, a variation agreed on a doorstep. Every re-entry was a chance to lose something, and what got lost never reached an invoice.

Everything since has followed the same rule. If a piece of information has to be entered twice, that is the bug.

What it is

One system from enquiry to invoice: the customer record and the history, scheduling, the field app your engineers use on site, quotes, job sheets and invoicing. Not five tools with connectors between them.

How we charge

A flat rate per business rather than a rate per user, so putting the new apprentice on the system is not a decision. Solo £45, Starter £89 and Professional £139 a month, excluding VAT, with two months free on an annual subscription.
