Last updated: 25/08/2026. Quandron is a service of J&S Energy B.V., Deurne, the Netherlands (Dutch chamber of commerce 99270617). As a UK customer you are covered by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Information Commissioner’s Office is the authority you can complain to.

What we collect

When you ask for a demo or start a trial we process what you enter yourself: your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number and your message. Your IP address may be recorded for security and to prevent abuse.

What we use it for

On what basis

Two of the six lawful bases in the UK GDPR: your consent, when you send us the form, and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry and keeping the service free of abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: twelve months. Trial environments that are not taken up: twelve months after the trial ends. Customer data during a subscription: for as long as the subscription runs, and after it ends 90 days of read-only access and export before it is deleted, with back-ups following within a further 30 days. We delete sooner on request.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the parties we need in order to run the service — our hosting and email providers — and only for that purpose.

Where your data is held

The servers are in the Netherlands. The UK treats the EU as adequate for data protection purposes and the EU renewed the UK’s adequacy in December 2025, so the transfer needs no standard contractual clauses or other extra paperwork in either direction. It is still a question worth asking of any supplier, which is why it has its own heading here.

Security

Data sits on secured servers, connections run over HTTPS, and access is restricted. Each customer environment is separated with its own credentials.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to what we do with it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent. Email info@quandron.com and we answer within a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
