Our own prices are the ones in the table: £45, £89 and £139 a month, flat per business.
Joblogic publishes Standard from £45 per user per month, billed annually. Their page carries a worked example at five users, and the row below uses the same arithmetic. It is a from rate, so a larger team may be quoted differently.
The two tiers above it are priced on enquiry, so there is nothing to compare there and we leave it alone rather than guess.
What their page did not settle on the day we read it: whether the published tier has a minimum number of users, and whether the amounts include VAT. Their page states neither.
Prices as shown on Joblogic's own pricing page, read on 27/08/2026.
| Case | Quandron | Joblogic |
|---|---|---|
| 3 engineers and one in the office | £89 a month | From £180 a month |
| 5 users, their own worked example | £89 a month | £225 a month |
| 10 engineers and one in the office | £139 a month | From £495 a month |
| One more engineer | Nothing changes | From £45 a month |
Where Quandron is strong
- Every rate is on the page; nothing is priced on enquiry
- Monthly, with no year to commit to
- The bill does not change when an engineer joins
- CIS labour and materials split from the point of recording
- Running the same day, without an implementation
Where Joblogic is strong
- Two further tiers for larger teams and more modules
- A published worked example, so the arithmetic is theirs and not ours
- Built for field service with a long track record in that market
- An annual commitment brings the per-user rate down
Who is each one for?
Quandron — Firms that want the price on the page and a month at a time, with engineers on the road doing jobs.
Joblogic — Firms that need the larger tiers, and are happy to discuss a quote and commit for a year.
Common questions
Why is only one of their tiers in the table?
Because it is the only one with a published price. The other two are priced on enquiry, and a number we made up for them would be worse than no number.
Does Quandron need an annual commitment?
No. It is monthly, and the rate is the same whether you stay a month or five years.
Where do these figures come from?
From each supplier's own public pricing page, read on the date shown under the table. They can change, and a promotion may be running that is not reflected here — we compare list price with list price, because a promotion ends and a comparison should not.
Why compare the pricing model rather than the features?
Because we have read their pricing pages and not their feature pages. A feature claim about somebody else's product that we have not verified does not belong on this page. The pricing model is published, checkable, and it is where the difference actually shows up on your bill.
