Our own prices are the ones in the table: £45, £89 and £139 a month, flat per business.
Powered Now publishes £28, £32 and £40 per user per month, with two months free if you pay for the year.
On their entry plan, one person on their own pays less than our smallest rate. That stays true up to three users. From four it turns around, and it keeps turning.
A promotion was running on the day we read their page — half price for the first two months. The table uses list price against list price, because a promotion ends and a comparison should not, and their page carried no end date.
Prices as shown on Powered Now's own pricing page, read on 27/08/2026.

Where Quandron is strong
- One rate for the business, whatever the headcount
- The field app works with no signal and syncs when it returns
- CIS labour and materials split from the point of recording
- Reminders and follow-ups that go out without anyone remembering
- Customers book their own slot against your live diary
Where Powered Now is strong
- A per-user price is the smaller number for one to three people
- Two months free when you pay for the year
- Three plans, so you pay for the tier you use
- A 14-day free trial, with no card
Who is each one for?
Quandron — Firms from about four people up, where the number of logins should not be a monthly decision.
Powered Now — Sole traders and small teams, particularly if you pay for the year up front.
Common questions
Which one costs less?
It depends entirely on headcount, and we would rather say so than pick the comparison that flatters us. Up to three users their per-user price comes out lower; from four our flat rate does.
What about the promotion on their site?
We compare list price with list price. A promotion changes what you pay this year and not what the two models do, and theirs carried no end date on the day we read it.
Where do these figures come from?
From each supplier's own public pricing page, read on the date shown under the table. They can change, and a promotion may be running that is not reflected here — we compare list price with list price, because a promotion ends and a comparison should not.
Why compare the pricing model rather than the features?
Because we have read their pricing pages and not their feature pages. A feature claim about somebody else's product that we have not verified does not belong on this page. The pricing model is published, checkable, and it is where the difference actually shows up on your bill.
