A UK work area cannot be a range. SW1A, M1 and B33 are not figures, and "B1 to M1" is not an area. So a work area is a list of outward codes — the part before the space. You can give a full outward code to match one district, or just the letters to take in a whole postcode area.

Common questions
Does the engineer need to be online all day?
No. The list is on the device. Changes sync when there is signal, and what was captured on site is stored until it can be sent.
Can I plan recurring services?
Yes. Annual services and inspections come back on their own date rather than being re-entered every year.
Does it work out routes for me?
No route optimisation. Jobs are grouped by postcode area so a day is not built by accident, and the board shows where the engineer already is.
What happens to a job nobody can do today?
It stays unassigned and visible rather than disappearing into a chat thread.
