Our own prices are the ones in the table: £45, £89 and £139 a month, flat per business.
Tradify publishes three plans at £34, £37 and £44 per user per month. The table below uses the middle one, Pro, because that is the plan their own page describes as the one for professional businesses.
At one or two users a per-user price stays below a flat rate. The lines cross early, and after that the gap widens with every hire.
What their page did not settle on the day we read it: whether the amounts shown include VAT — their page does not say in so many words.
Prices as shown on Tradify's own pricing page, read on 27/08/2026.
| Case | Quandron | Tradify |

| One more engineer | Nothing changes | £37 a month |
Where Quandron is strong
- The bill does not change when an engineer joins
- The field app is the product, not a module priced alongside it
- Labour and materials split from the point of recording, for CIS
- Customers book their own slot against your live diary
- Quote, job sheet and invoice in one flow, with nothing retyped
Where Tradify is strong
- Three published plans, so you can pick the one that matches what you use
- A per-user price stays small for a one- or two-person firm
- A named plan for large teams, priced on enquiry
- A 14-day free trial
Who is each one for?
Quandron — Firms with several engineers on the road who want a price that does not move every time somebody is taken on.
Tradify — One- and two-person firms, and teams that want to pay for exactly the plan they use.
Common questions
What is the biggest difference?
The pricing model. Tradify charges per user; Quandron charges per business. The more engineers you have, the more that shows up.
At what size do the two meet?
On their middle plan, a little over two users. Below that a per-user price comes out lower; above it the flat rate does, and the gap keeps widening.
Where do these figures come from?
From each supplier's own public pricing page, read on the date shown under the table. They can change, and a promotion may be running that is not reflected here — we compare list price with list price, because a promotion ends and a comparison should not.
Why compare the pricing model rather than the features?
Because we have read their pricing pages and not their feature pages. A feature claim about somebody else's product that we have not verified does not belong on this page. The pricing model is published, checkable, and it is where the difference actually shows up on your bill.
